Online Yoga classes with Priyanjali Das.
This 60 minutes session will be dedicated to mindful practice of each pose. A combination of breath-work (pranayama), asana(poses) and guided meditation in Savasana will ensure that we focus on moving mindfully - for correct alignment to build strength and flexibility. The practice will be customised to suit each person's intent - ranging from yoga therapy for specific ailments to holistic Hatha and Vinyasa yoga for overall health and wellbeing for all levels. Be prepared to learn micro-movements to refine your alignment so that you can eventually build your own personal practice!
Priyanjali is a yoga therapist, sound healer, life-long student and psychologist.
Her curiosity for yogic science and lifestyle led her to explore various styles of yoga and meditation.
Her approach to yoga is a combination of non-judgmental body awareness through mindful movements and breath regulation through observation. As a psychologist, she draws inspiration from mindfulness theories, to teach yoga through emphasis on the mind-body connection.
Yoga is the practice of mindful living – and this forms the basis of her practice and approach to sound healing and yoga.
